1. City Tours:

Cancel more than 24 hours before the tour: Get a full refund.
Cancel within 24 hours of the tour: No refund.
Arrive late: No refund.

2. Multi-Day Tours:

Changes:

• Notify them in writing as soon as possible.

• They may charge extra fees depending on the situation.

Cancellation by You:

• More than 30 days before: Get a full refund minus a 10% admin fee and any non-refundable expenses (like pre-booked flights).

• Less than 30 days before: Get a 50% refund minus any non-refundable expenses.

• Exceptions (get 100% refund minus non-refundable expenses):

  • Covid infection preventing travel to India

  • Geopolitical event preventing travel to India

  • Lockdown in India

• Cancellation by Them:

  • They'll try to avoid it, but can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • They'll notify you and give you a full refund.
